A key element to quick acceleration is foot speed. Try this work out and let you feet do the talking.

Planned duration: 1:15
This is 15minute warm-up, and then 3 blocks of 10 minutes each.
Each block is 15seconds ON-to go 480 watts ON, and 160watts OFF- 15seconds is OFF period.
Repeat continually for 10 minutes.
Then 5 minutes= EASY spinning , and then next block.
Cool-down for 15minutes afterward.
GO FOR IT!!!!!!
